Accommodations

How many resorts are there to choose from?
There are thousands of resort accommodations to choose from in the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and beyond.

What makes Endless Vacation Rentals accommodations different from a hotel?
Endless Vacation Rentals offers many spacious accommodations that give you the room to relax, spread out and still have everyone together. Enjoy the comforts of home, which may include a kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple bedrooms and the amenities of a luxury resort, such as a spa or workout facility.

Are the resorts handicap accessible?
Many of the resort condo rentals offer handicapped-accessible accommodations. Please look for following descriptions:

Disability Accessible Units - the resort unit only meets disability accessibility requirements
Disability Accessible Resorts - the resort is disability accessible

But because needs vary greatly, and each property is different, it is best to contact one of our Vacation Guides at 1-844-367-6433 before booking.

Are pets allowed?
For the most part, pets are not allowed on property. However, a select few resort condo rentals do allow pets for an additional fee. Please contact the resort to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.

Planning and Reservations Process

Do I have to stay for a full week?
We recently added more flexible accommodations of 1-6 night stays for a select number of resorts, based on availability. Some resorts require a mandatory housekeeping fee when staying less than 7 nights (this information can be found on the resort detail page under "Resort News"). We will continue to offer 7 night stays for which, as long as you notify the resort in advance, you are usually free to check in or check out at any time during the seven-day period. Keep in mind, however, that you will still be paying for the full week if you check out early.

Do I have to book from weekend to weekend, or can I choose a mid-week day to begin my vacation?
Vacations at some resorts are booked with Friday, Saturday or Sunday start dates.

Is the price shown per person or per unit?
All prices are shown per unit, which means it is the same price for one person up to and including the maximum occupancy of that accommodation. Other charges may apply.

Do I have to register to book a trip?
You do not have to register to book a trip. However, by registering we can provide you with updates and promotions. Simply book your reservation, and, if you need to access your booking at a later time or reference it when speaking to the call center, all you'll need is your confirmation number. It is imperative that you provide an accurate email address when creating a new booking as that is where we send confirmation. In addition, it is also recommended that you provide an accurate phone number in case we need to contact you with regard to your reservation.

Payment Process

Can I just make a deposit or must I pre-pay for the entire trip?
All vacations must be pre-paid. Reservations must be booked with a major credit card. A debit/check card with a major credit card company is not an eligible form of payment for booking a vacation deal.

Will taxes or other fees be charged to my account at the resort?
Taxes are included in the final price, unless otherwise indicated. Additional fees for housekeeping and other amenities vary by resort and will be assessed upon check-in. If the property you want to book does require a deposit, it will be mentioned within the property description and your confirmation email. Additionally, you may call our Vacation Guides (during normal business hours) for more information on your specific rental property: 1-844-367-6433.

Confirmations and Cancellations

How do I check on a reservation?
To check on a reservation you may either call us at: 1-844-367-6433 or use our online tool to locate your booking simply by entering your confirmation number. You can do so by clicking on the "Need Assistance" tab, then click on "View/Change an Existing Reservation".

How do I receive confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via email. Make sure that you enter an accurate email address when booking your accommodations. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you. If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation, please call us at: 1-844-367-6433.

How do I cancel a reservation?
You can do so by clicking on the "Need Assistance" tab, then click on "View/Change an Existing Reservation", or call 1-844-367-6433.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • You will receive a full refund if a reservation is cancelled within the grace period which is by 10pm EST the day after a reservation is made unless the reservation is made within 3 days of check in.
  • If a booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost.
  • If a booking is cancelled between 15 and 60 days prior to the scheduled check in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
  • If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no refund made.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs. The property is not authorized to make any exceptions.
